About CipherPoint
A community-driven OSINT & digital forensics training ground for analysts, investigators, and curious minds.
Mission
CipherPoint exists to make open-source intelligence and digital forensics accessible, ethical, and addictive to learn. Every challenge you see on the platform is crafted to teach a real-world investigative skill — reading EXIF metadata, geolocating imagery, reverse-searching personas, parsing video frame data, and tracing digital breadcrumbs.
We're a dojo, not a puzzle box. Walkthroughs are written by the same people who write the cases, so the "why" is as important as the "how".
What we stand for
No Doxxing
Personal data of real individuals is a hard line. Every published challenge goes through a disclaimer check.
Ethical OSINT
Only public sources, only public records. We teach the methods investigators use, not the tools stalkers use.
Real Skills
Every case is a slice of a real investigation. Solve enough and you can read the digital world like a book.
Community First
Users publish challenges, write walkthroughs, and shape the platform. CipherPoint is built by the people who use it.
What's here
- Curated case files across GEOINT, video forensics, metadata analysis, reverse image search, and persona tracing.
